You'll also find a variety of cookbooks for culinary inspiration. - Bedrooms: Each room includes its own Smart TV for private viewing. - Bedroom 1 (Master): A spacious room with a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. - Bedroom 2: A comfortable room with one King bed. - Bedroom 3: A charming room with two Twin beds. - Bathrooms: We provide shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in both modern bathrooms. The common bathroom features a tub. - Backyard: Your private oasis features a refreshing pool, a hand-painted Arizona mural, and comfortable lounge chairs for soaking up the sun.

House Rules Important: These rules exist to protect our home, our neighbors, and future guests. By completing your reservation, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these rules. Guests who cannot follow these rules should cancel their reservation before check-in. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property without refund, loss of deposit, and additional charges if applicable. 1. Occupancy Maximum occupancy: 7 guests unless approved in advance. All guests (including children) must be listed on the reservation. Unauthorized guests may result in a $25 per person per night fee or removal from the property without refund. 2. No Parties or Excessive Noise Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No parties, events, or large gatherings. Amplified music or noise audible outside the property is not allowed. If neighbors complain or police are called, the group may be immediately removed, the deposit forfeited, and guests may be responsible for any resulting damages or penalties. 3. No Smoking or Pets No smoking inside the home or near open doors or windows. No pets allowed. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees and possible removal from the property. 4. Respect the Home & Community Follow all parking rules and do not park in neighbors’ driveways. Do not move furniture. All trash must be bagged before placing in the garbage container. Follow all pool safety rules and keep the pool gate closed. Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, extra cleaning, or rule violations during their stay. 5. Check-Out Checkout time: 10:00 AM Before leaving please: Wash and put away dishes Take out trash Turn off lights, TVs, and fans Lock all doors Please report any damage immediately.

- Pool: The pool is professionally cleaned on Fridays. Please be aware that the pool is not heated. It is 5 feet at its deepest point. - Grill: A grill and propane tank are provided. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival, and guests are responsible for refilling it as needed. - Guests are also responsible for cleaning the grill after use; a $100 fee will be charged if the grill is left dirty. - Supplies: We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent, as well as linens and towels. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies. - Family Amenities: For those traveling with little ones, we provide a pack-and-play, a highchair, and a selection of children's books, games, and toys. - Accessibility: For your convenience, a portable shower chair is available in the master bathroom. - Security: There are security cameras on the exterior of the property overlooking the driveway and the side gate only. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard. - Late Checkout: A $200 fee will be applied for any unauthorized late checkouts to cover the additional cleaning and scheduling costs. Love to Golf? Our beautiful home is nestled between several golf courses including Arizona Golf Resort & Event Center, Fountain of the Sun Country Club, and Superstition Springs Golf Club. Getting here: We are just about 8.5 miles north of the Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport and about 30 miles east of Phoenix Sky Harbor. Activities: For all our hiking and kayaking enthusiasts, we are about 30 mins west of Superstition Mountains and Saguaro Lake Park. Enjoy hiking, bird watching, and even catch a glimpse of our many wild horses! Tube down the ever so fresh Salt River or wade along the shore. If you have a little bit of a treasure hunter in you, scan the shores and metal detect around the Salt River as well. Don't forget to check out Goldfield Ghost town a famous mining town just east of us near the Lost Dutchman. On weekends they have live reenactments! Do you love antiquing? There are many well stocked antique stores nearby! Antiquing is one of our favorite hobbies as I'm sure it shows throughout our home!
